1. The services

Jarvis Answers is an AI phone-answering service that answers calls, follows your scripts, books appointments, transfers calls, and logs calls and bookings. Jarvis Ranks is a done-for-you website and local-SEO service that builds and maintains a site, publishes content, and provides periodic reports. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.

2. Pricing, billing & term

• Jarvis Answers: $499/month plus a $1,000 one-time setup fee.
• Jarvis Ranks: $395/month plus a $1,500 one-time setup fee, or a $3,000 one-time build.
• Bundle: both products for $894/month with setup fees waived.
• Subscriptions include an initial 6-month commitment, after which they continue month-to-month and may be cancelled with notice as described in your order.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods.

3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

• Provide accurate business information and keep your account credentials secure.
• Use the services lawfully and only for legitimate business communications. Do not use them for unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited-marketing purposes.
• You are responsible for the content of your scripts, website, and messages, and for obtaining any consents required in your jurisdiction (including for call recording and text messaging).
• Comply with all applicable laws and carrier/telephony rules (including TCPA and A2P messaging requirements) when using the services.

4. Call recording, consent & AI

Jarvis Answers uses AI to answer calls in a natural voice and records and transcribes calls so you have a record of each conversation. You are responsible for providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by law in the locations where you and your callers are located. The AI may occasionally make mistakes; it is a tool to assist your business, not a substitute for professional, legal, or emergency services.

5. Text messaging

By providing your phone number — verbally during a call, or by enabling SMS notifications in your account — you consent to receive transactional text messages (appointment confirmations, requested information, and account notifications) from Jarvis Answers, an SMS program operated by RH Private Capital LLC. These messages are transactional only and are never marketing or promotional. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never sold or shared. 6. Data ownership & intellectual property

You own your business data, call recordings, transcripts, contacts, and the content you provide. You grant us a license to use that data solely to operate and improve the services for you. We and our licensors own the platform, software, and any underlying technology; for Jarvis Ranks, ownership of the delivered website is as stated in your order. Our names, logos, and brand are our property and may not be used without permission.

7. Third-party providers

We rely on third-party subprocessors to deliver the services (for example, telephony, AI, hosting, and payments). Those providers’ performance is outside our direct control, and your use of the services is also subject to their applicable terms. See our Privacy Policy for the categories of subprocessors we use.

8. Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every call will be answered or every message delivered, or that Jarvis Ranks will achieve any particular search ranking or traffic result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built by Jarvis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Built by Jarvis and RH Private Capital LLC from claims arising out of your use of the services, your content or scripts, your messaging or call-recording practices, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may cancel as described in Section 2. We may suspend or terminate the services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the services ends; we will make your data available for a reasonable period and then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy, unless we are required to retain it.

12. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be communicated where appropriate. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, unless otherwise required by law.
