SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Jarvis Answers is an AI phone-receptionist service operated by RH Private Capital LLC (operating as Built by Jarvis). This page describes our SMS text-messaging program, including how recipients consent (opt in), the types of messages we send, and how to opt out.
Messages we send
All of our text messages are transactional and operational — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. There are two recipient groups:
- Callers — people who call a business that uses Jarvis Answers and, during the live call, verbally ask us to text them something (e.g. an appointment confirmation, the business address, or follow-up details).
- Business owners / staff — our customers, who receive operational notifications about their own account (e.g. when their AI receptionist completes a call, takes a message, books an appointment, or captures a lead).
How you opt in (consent)
- Callers (verbal consent): during a live phone call, the caller explicitly requests a text (for example, “Can you text me the address?” or “Send me a confirmation.”). The AI agent confirms the phone number and that a text will be sent before sending it. No message is ever sent to a caller who has not requested one during the call.
- Business owners (web opt-in): a customer enables SMS notifications in their Jarvis Answers account dashboard. The opt-in control displays the following consent language before it can be enabled:
“By enabling SMS notifications, you agree to receive operational text messages from Jarvis Answers about your account activity (calls, messages, appointments, and leads). Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
Customers can disable SMS notifications at any time from the same dashboard setting.

SMS notifications are disabled by default; the customer must actively enable the toggle (opt in) to receive texts.
We never sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Sample messages
- “Thanks for calling Truly Clean! Your appointment is confirmed for Tuesday, April 22 at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “New Appointment — John Smith (555) 123-4567 booked for Monday, May 5 at 2:00 PM, via Jarvis Answers.”
- “Call Completed (2 min) via Jarvis Answers — caller asked to leave a message for Travis about a call tomorrow.”

Message frequency varies based on call volume and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out & help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact jarvis@jarvisanswers.com.
