Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 17, 2026

This is the unified Privacy Policy for Built by Jarvis and its products, Jarvis Answers (AI phone answering) and Jarvis Ranks (websites & local SEO), operated by RH Private Capital LLC (“Built by Jarvis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using our websites or services, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy covers two groups of people: our business customers (the businesses that subscribe to Jarvis Answers and/or Jarvis Ranks) and the callers and visitors who interact with those businesses through our services (for example, someone who calls a business whose phone is answered by Jarvis, or who visits a website we built).

1. Information we collect

  • Account & business information. When a business signs up, we collect business name, owner/contact name, email, phone number, business address, services, hours, and the scripts and knowledge you provide to train your agent or build your site.
  • Call content (Jarvis Answers). When Jarvis answers a call, we process and store the call audio recording, a transcript, an AI-generated summary, the caller’s phone number, and any details the caller provides (such as name, contact info, and the reason for the call).
  • Contacts & appointments. Caller details and bookings are saved to the business’s CRM and calendar within the service.
  • Messages. The content of transactional text messages we send on a business’s behalf, and SMS opt-in/opt-out status.
  • Website & SEO data (Jarvis Ranks). Public information about a business’s website that we scan or build (URLs, page content, SEO scores), and analytics about how the sites we host perform.
  • Payment information. Billing is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive limited details such as the last four digits and billing status; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage & technical data. When you use our websites or dashboard, we collect standard log and device data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and use cookies/analytics as described below.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the service: answer and route calls, book appointments, send requested messages, build and maintain websites, and run SEO scans and reports.
  • To create call recordings, transcripts, and summaries for the business’s records.
  • To operate accounts, process payments, provide support, and send service-related notices.
  • To maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
  • To improve our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of calls or messages for advertising.

3. Call recording & AI processing

Jarvis Answers uses artificial intelligence to understand and respond to callers in a natural voice. Calls are recorded and transcribed so the business has a record of each conversation. Businesses are responsible for any call-recording notice or consent required in their jurisdiction; where required, callers are or should be informed that the call may be recorded. Call audio and transcripts are processed by our AI subprocessors (see Section 5) solely to deliver the service and are not used to train third-party public models.

4. Text messaging (SMS)

We send only transactional/operational SMS — never marketing. Callers receive a text only when they verbally request one during a live call; business owners receive account notifications only after enabling “SMS notifications” in their dashboard (with consent language shown at the toggle). Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never sold or shared with anyone, and all of the other data categories above likewise exclude text-messaging opt-in information. Full details: SMS / Text Messaging Policy →

5. How we share information (subprocessors)

We share information only as needed to run the service, and we require our providers to protect it. We use trusted subprocessors including: telephony & SMS (Twilio); speech recognition, language, and voice AI (Deepgram, OpenAI, ElevenLabs); hosting and database (Vercel, Fly.io, Supabase); email delivery (Resend); payments (Stripe); and Google services (Maps/Places, PageSpeed, Analytics) for site scans and performance. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of users. If our business is transferred, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as an account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Call recordings, transcripts, and contact records are retained for the business’s use and deleted on request or within a reasonable period after an account closes, unless we are required to keep them longer.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to notify affected parties of a breach where required by law.

8. Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will respond as required by applicable law. Callers who want their information removed from a business’s records can contact that business or reach us and we will assist.

9. Cookies & analytics

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and basic analytics to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
